Shipping policy

Packages will be shipped out on business days (M-F). If ordered before 11 AM EST M-F the package will go out the same day. If ordered after 11 AM EST M-F or during the weekend, the package will go out the next business day.

 

Holiday Shipping Exceptions:

Orders may be delayed up to one business day from November 20th until December 8th along with national holidays due to an increase in orders and limited operating hours of shipping services.

International Shipping:

While we do allow orders to be placed and shipped to locations outside of the united states, we do not guarantee the product delivery due to uncertainty in international shipping nor do we offer any refund on items that are lost or otherwise not delivered.

Covid-19 Exceptions: 

Due to the ongoing pandemic, orders may take up to 4 business days to process and ship.
